Cuban Cooking Class
At the appointed time we'll meet on Lafayette Drive to begin our Cuban cooking class in Miami.
First, we'll meet the chef who will be introducing us to Cuban gastronomy. Spanish, African, French... This cuisine is influenced by many cultures that have passed through the island - a fusion full of flavor!
The chef will begin by giving us a short introduction to the recipes we'll be preparing. Then, it'll be time to follow the steps and start cooking. Let's get to work!
During the class, we'll prepare some of the most typical dishes of Cuban cuisine, including an appetizer, a main course and a dessert. Worked up an appetite yet? Once the dishes are prepared, it'll be time to try them for ourselves.
Then, after learning how to make a delicious cocktail, we'll have a group toast, the perfect finishing touch! After four hours, the Cuban cooking class will come to an end.
