Debido al festival de música electrónica Ultra contactamos con el proveedor y nos cambiaron el punto de salida. Gracias! Por lo que respecta al viaje, el bus se estropeó y tuvimos que esperar un buen rato el nuevo bus delante del McDonalds (parada). El autobús tiene el aire acondicionado bastante alto, hace mucho frío. Lo que nos hubiera gustado es que sabiendo con antelación que por el viento las actividades de agua estaban canceladas nos podrían haber avisado por si queríamos cancelar.

No estuvo mal, pero a pesar de contratar el servicio en español, el guía explicó casi todo en inglés y solo lo básico en español. Casi no hubo relato durante el viaje excepto para mostrar y vender las actividades disponibles en Key West. El bus tenia descompuesto el aire acondicionado. De todas formas, fue un lindo viaje, puntual y el servicio incluyó la recogida en el hotel. La relación precio calidad está bien, aunque la descripción de la actividad no es precisa.

It wasn't bad, but despite hiring the service in Spanish, the guide explained almost everything in English and only the basics in Spanish. El trayecto es algo largo unas 4 horas para ida ( hicimos parada a las 2 horas en MC donals para desayunar) y la vuelta seguida casi otras 4 con cola. El sitio cayo hueso merece la pena verlo, hay un bus gratuito con 18 paradas y se ahorra. 60 dólares en el otro. Montándose en eso llegan a todos lados en minutos y recorren todo fácil. La actividad en sí se compone en un viaje a Key West no siendo guiada cuando llegas a destino. Lo peor fue la gestión que hacen del pick up. El día anterior recibí una instrucción diferente referente a la hora de quedada y el sitio. Si la salida fijada era desde Bayside a las 7:15 el día previo me lo cambian a las 6:25 en Miami B aconsejandome qye llrgue 10 minutos antes . El disgusto aumentó cuando llegaron a las 6:45, que hay varias paradas en ruta y efectivamente paran en Bayside a las 7:15. Translate this opinion into English.

Excursión con guía que habla inglés y español, como casi siempre se dedican más al habla inglesa que a los hispanos-hablantes. Por otro lado la excursión es un traslado de 4 horas en bus para luego estar unas 4 horas en cayo hueso, no da tiempo a ver mucho, y mucho menos si llevas contratada una excursión como barco etc, si queréis conocer Cayo Hueso mejor contratar una noche de hotel para poder disfrutarlo. Esta excursión no la aconsejo, autobús viejo y en no muy buenas condiciones.
