Très mauvaise expérience étant donné qu'après 4h de route pour aller jusqu'à Key West pour faire du Snorkeling, une fois au comptoir d'enregistrement ils n'avaient pas de trace de ma réservation. Ils ne voulaient rien savoir du voucher que j'avais. Le temps d'essayer d'arranger les choses, le bateau était parti. Je regrette cette excursion, car j'ai du abréger ma soirée de la veille pouvoir être au pick up à 6h15, il est arrivé 30min plus tard. Sur place je me suis retrouvée seule sans projets.

Very bad experience given that after a 4 hour drive to go to Key West for Snorkeling, once at the check-in counter they had no record of my reservation. They didn't want to know about the voucher I had. Time to try to fix things, the boat was gone. I regret this excursion, because I had to shorten my evening the day before to be able to pick up at 6:15 am, he arrived 30 minutes later. On the spot I found myself alone without projects.

La verdad es que no fue un buen tour: el autobús llegó una hora tarde a recogernos, luego se estropeó y tuvimos que esperar otra hora en un McDonald's en medio de la calle, llegamos a Cayo Hueso a las 14:30h cuando se supone saliamos a las 7:00h cuando llegamos no había tiempo casi para actividades y buscamos bicis pero ya estaban todas reservadas. A la vuelta el aire acondicionado a tope, varias personas estábamos con frío pedimos bajarlo y nadie nos hizo caso. El destino precioso, el tour mal.
