First of all, the transfer driver was extremely rude and too direct. We was given no information about how to come back for the bus at the end of the day. Security was smooth, but then we was waiting on the boat for 2 hours before it even started moving. Even though on many pieces of information it says boarding is from 7:30-8:30, no exceptions on boarding past that time, yet people are still being allowed on half an hour after we was suppose to depart. No announcement or apology

Te hacen llegar a las 7am al puerto y sarpamos a las 10:15 am y supuestamente zarparíamos a las 9:AM, no hay internet para los que van por un día y tienes que pagar por las toallas. El desembarque es muy lento y una vez llegas al puerto tienes que esperar alrededor de 35 a 40 minutos para poder bajar y pasar a migración, los business class pasan primero.

Tanto el horario de partida como el tiempo de desembarque están sujetos a la autorización de migraciones por requerimiento del gobierno. Sentimos las molestias.

Excelente excursión, si sigues todos los pasos no existen problemas, te van a buscar puntualmente al hotel Previa coordinación , el ferry salió puntual, lo mejor es arrendar carro de golf y recorrer la isla, lo único fome fue la espera para entrar nuevamente a Estados Unidos ya que solo había un policía, por lo cual esperamos como 3 horas pero igual la llegada a hotel fue como a las 11 de la noche, lo hermoso de bimini incomparable Translate this opinion into English.

Punto 1 non è vero che ci vogliono 2 ore ma 3 abbondanti ci sono venuti a prelevare alla fermata da loro detta alle 6:45 e mi sono stasa in spiaggia alle 13! Punto 2 l’aria condizionata nel traghetto ti ghiaccia anke il midollo.. si stava meglio fuori seduti per terra al sole. Punto 3 al ritorno a Miami ti ci vuole quasi un’ora per i controlli. Insomma sono andata via di casa alle 6:45 e sono tornata alle 10:45 e ho fatto solo 5 ore a Bimini! Di certo non lo consiglierò a nessuno!

Pérdida de dinero y de tiempo. Primero te dejan en el puerto sin explicarte qué tienes que hacer. No te dicen todo el tiempo que malgastas en migración tanto a la entrada como a la salida. Llegas a la isla y tampoco nadie te explica qué hacer. Tuvimos un retraso de 4 h para volver y nadie se dignó a darnos ningún tipo de explicación. Nos han hecho perder tiempo, la noche de hotel ya que llegamos a las 04:00 am y la excursión del día siguiente y el dinero de la misma. Un TIMO

Una patada al palar No se si es un robo o una estafa. Pésimo todo. Me buscaron a las 6 AM y regresé 5 Am. No cambio Bimini por Miami, menos pagando 155 usd, una hamburguesa sola 15 tallarines 30. Ojo de bife 45 Pase frío en todos lados. Mal trato, en aduana de regreso estuve más de 2.30 hs a las 2AM Civitatis no recomiende esta excursion, Yo aviso la van a pasar muy mal uds deciden El hotel sin playa, esta a 1.5 kms sin baños un solo carribar que te decapita. Devuelvan el dinero no disculpas
