El Proveedor del servicio no contesto ninguno de mis varios mensajes previos al paseo y el día de la actividad lo esperé en el punto de encuentro por 30 minutos y nunca llegó. Pésimo servicio en general

The Service Provider did not answer any of my various messages prior to the tour and on the day of the activity I waited for him at the meeting point for 30 minutes and he never arrived. Terrible service in general

En realidad mi reclamo es contra civitatis. El mail recibido no fue claro respecto del lugar y compañía a la que debíamos dirigirnos. Estuvimos más 45 minutos tratando de encontrarlos. Muy malo. El paseo en barco al lógranos llegar a dos minutos de la partida por la demora que describí anteriormente estuvo lindo. Muy amable el guía turístico.

Actually my claim is against civitatis. The mail received was not clear regarding the place and company to which we should go. We spent more than 45 minutes trying to find them. Very bad. The boat ride when we managed to arrive within two minutes of the departure due to the delay that I described above was nice. The tour guide is very friendly.
