Mala planificación de horarios. Teníamos la excursión el 27, pero el horario era erróneo. Nos la pasaron para el 3/25 a las 10:00 pero por falta de espacio en el autobús, el proveedor nos las pasó para las 14:00. El conductor Germán, hizo bien su trabajo

Il posto è molto bello e l'escursione prevede un giro in air boat ed è possibile ammirare flora e fauna grazie a competenti capitani. L'aspetto da bocciatura del tour è l'alligator show. Uno spettacolo terribile con un domatore di alligatori che sevizia dei poveri animali in cattività. Inoltre una specie di zoo dove sono ingabbiati alligatori ed altri animali in gabbie minuscole. Spettacolo da evitare, dovrebbe essere vietato dalla legge. Almeno voi toglietolo dai tour, non aggiunge nulla.

The activity said in the first place that during the bus transfer to Everglades, the tour guide would explain things.. and it did not happen. In the second place, I booked a tour in Spanish and the Everglades tour was all in English… I would like to formally claim that I did not get the service I booked. Can I get part of my money back? FATAL!! No la cojáis si buscáis el tour en español. Pagué más por asegurarme la visita en español, y no oí ni un “hola” en español. TODO EN INGLÉS. No nos enteramos de nada y todo nos pareció aburrido, no se ven cocodrilos desde la lancha y encima lo que iban explicando del parque y su fauna era en inglés así que fue todo aburrido al no entender nada. Nos dijeron que no se hacen excursiones en español que siempre es en inglés y en mi bono pone vista en español/inglés.

TERRIBLE!! Don't take it if you're looking for a tour in Spanish. I paid more to ensure the visit in Spanish, and I didn't hear a single "hello" in Spanish. EVERYTHING IN ENGLISH. We didn't understand anything and everything seemed boring to us, you can't see crocodiles from the boat and on top of that what they were explaining about the park and its fauna was in English so everything was boring as we didn't understand anything. They told us that there are no tours in Spanish, that it was always in English and on my voucher it says visit in Spanish/English.

Les Everglades sont magnifiques . Le guide sur le bateaux génial La petite démonstration avec le crocodil cruelle pour la bête. C'est choquant pour nous les belges de traiter un animal ainsi . Fichez lui la paix. Ne parlons même pas du conducteur de bus antipathique et machiste. Il n'a pas voulu me donner les tiquets parcque je ne l'ai pas compris. Aucun effort . Il a jeté les tickets dans un coin

Nous travaillons uniquement avec des prestataires qui traitent les animaux de manière éthique, en respectant toujours les réglementations en vigueur. Nous veillerons à ce que cela reste le cas. Nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires.

Ha sido un desastre. Primero llego 20 minutos antes y me dicen que los de la excursion ya se han ido, pero que me ofrecen cambiarmela a la tarde. Acepto y luego descubro que en realidad se equivocaron con la recogida, nunca vinieron. Me dan para la tarde y en el impreso salía mal el sitio de recogida, llamo a civitstis y tampoco me lo arreglan. Es un timo. El tour es en inglés encima y eso que hay una parte donde te cuentan las meeidas de seguridad en la barca, si no sabes inglés no lo hagas.

It was a disaster. First I arrived 20 minutes early and they told me that the tour people had already left, but that they offered to change my pick-up to the afternoon. I accepted and then I discovered that they actually made a mistake with the pick-up, they never came. They gave me the afternoon and the pick-up location was wrong on the form, I called civitstis and they didn't fix it either. It's a rip-off. The tour is in English and there is a part where they tell you about the safety measures on the boat, if you don't know English don't do it.

Los guías del barco y del espectáculo en los Everglades son únicamente en inglés. No se por qué ofertan la excursión en español cuando luego solo lo habla el conductor. La información interesante es la que cuentan los guías y de eso no te enteras si no entiendes inglés, como era nuestro caso. Me pareció un engaño por parte de Civitatis por no avisarlo.

The guides on the boat and at the Everglades show are only in English. I don't know why they offer the excursion in Spanish when only the driver speaks it. The interesting information is what the guides tell you and you don't get that if you don't understand English, as was our case. I thought it was a deception on the part of Civitatis for not warning us about it.

Me gustó bastante, la actividad genial. Vimos varios caimanes. El conductor del bus nos informó de todo. Lo que hubiera suprimido es el show con los caimanes, una lástima lo cual se podría suprimir ese show ya que no aporta nada Translate this opinion into English.
