El paseo en la lancha muy bien pero el espectáculo nos ha decepcionado. El bus no disponía de cinturones de seguridad. Los guias MUY BIEN.

Autobús con conductor/ guía todo en uno...explicaciones breves en Español durante el recorrido de ida solamente, una vez en los Everglades lo que se explica es únicamente en inglés americano con poco contenido de calidad ...sin duda el parque merece la pena aunque ni vimos ningún caimán ni cocodrilo...

Bus with driver/guide all in one...brief explanations in Spanish during the one-way route only, once in the Everglades what is explained is only in American English with little quality content...without a doubt the park is worth the visit. It's a shame even though we didn't see any alligators or crocodiles...

Nuestro tour salía a las 10 de la mañana. Estuvimos esperando a las 9;30 en la parada de Miami Beach. Nadie se presento hacernos la actividad. No llegó ningún bus. Sigo a la espera de la devolución del dinero y una explicación. Esto es una vergüenza.

Teníamos reserva a las 10am y después de llegar allí nos dicen que se cancela el viaje y nos ofrecieron hacerlo a las 2pm. El tour era en español de acuerdo con nuestro ticket, pero se realizó en inglés. El tour en los Everglades fue poco interesante, una auténtica "turistada".

La peor experiencia de mi vida en una excursión. El bus viejo, no funcionaba a la vuelta, tuvimos q esperar una hora a otro bus. Nos quedamos sin otras opciones q teníamos para la tarde, elegimos la opción en español y excepto el conductor, todo fue en inglés. Una estafa por parte de civitatis o de la empresa contratada. Exigimos devolución de nuestro dinero. Vergüenza total. Solo se salva Germán el conductor, que se disculpó por todos los problemas ocurridos e hizo lo que puedo.

The worst experience of my life on an excursion. The old bus didn't work on the way back, we had to wait an hour for another bus. We ran out of other options we had for the afternoon, we chose the option in Spanish and except for the driver, everything was in English. A scam on the part of civitatis or the contracted company. Viaggio in autobus ok, escursione un po' deludente nel complesso. Non siamo riusciti a vedere nessun alligatore e il giro in barca non è stato un granché entusiasmante. Lo spettagolo con gli alligatori è stato breve e sinceramente non ne ho capito il senso, ci sono tanti esemplari rinchiusi in un piccolo spazio. Possibilità di fare foto con un piccolo alligatore a 10 dollari ma il tutto è stato velocissimo perché dovevano chiudere. Non lo consiglio
