Ficamos chateados com a situação nesse passeio a key largo, achamos que íamos para algum lugar bonito com agua como nas fotos,o onibus simplesmente nos deixou na beira da rodovia sem dizer nada sobre onde era o lugar a motorista do onibus disse qye era ali o ponto pra buscar fim do dia do outro lado da rua mas que nao sabia o horario certo .. achamos isso cumulo, pagamos um Uber de 100 dólares jogados fora... mas 140 dolar pssseio tudo pra nada, triste, gostaríamos de pedir um reembolso porque

Pudemos confirmar que a guia turística deu instruções muito específicas sobre o horário de embarque no início da excursão, fornecendo o número do celular pessoal dela e entrando em contato para explicar o horário de retorno. Lamentamos que o serviço não tenha atendido às expectativas. No entanto, podemos confirmar que, como de costume, ele estava de acordo com a descrição em nosso site. Estuve esperando en el punto de encuentro 45’ desde antes de la hora señalada y nadie pasó a recogerme. Me comuniqué con personal de ayuda vía whats app de la app y no supieron darme una respuesta. Solo me dijeron que se iban a comunicar con el proveedor para ver qué ocurrió. Eso fue el viernes y hoy es lunes y todavía no obtuve ninguna respuesta.

I was waiting at the meeting point 45 minutes before the scheduled time and no one came to pick me up. I contacted the support staff via WhatsApp and they were unable to give me an answer. They only told me that they were going to contact the supplier to see what happened. That was on Friday and today is Monday and I still haven't received any response.

Desafortunadamente el clima no ayudó, pues algunas actividades, las únicas divertidas, para nosotros, fueron canceladas. Creo que en general, aunque no hubieran cancelado, es aburrida. Sí ya has ido al Caribe, el snorkel no te va a sorprender, prácticamente es imposible ver delfines y las personas que nos atendieron en el bote Fury, cero atentas. Me pareció cara y aburrida, lo único por lo que se salva es que el pueblito es muy lindo.

Unfortunately the weather didn't help, as some activities, the only fun ones for us, were cancelled. I think in general, even if they hadn't canceled, it's boring. If you have already been to the Caribbean, snorkeling is not going to surprise you, it is practically impossible to see dolphins and the people who served us on the Fury boat were not attentive at all. I found it expensive and boring, the only thing that saves it is that the little town is very pretty.

En la reserva realizada nunca nos dijeron que nos dejaba el bus en la carretera entrada de Cayo largo . Nunca pudimos arribar al barco de cristal. . Ya que el lugar esta a aprox 10 kilómetros de donde nos dejaba el bus. Al tratar de contactar con el proveedor que demoro en contactar ya que el bus seguía para west key nos dice que era autóguiado llegar al buque. Tampoco teníamos la dirección de donde embarcar. Que contrataramos un uber. Más tarde llego la dirección. Y que corregirán la publicida
