Autobús puntual pero salida ¡35 minutos más tarde! esperando a unos clientes lo cual retrasó todo. Allí, no vimos ni un solo caimán, ni tortuga ni animal alguno porque las barcazas no se adentran lo suficiente (según me ha dicho gente que ha visto por docenas ). Regresamos a Miami ¡a las 15:15 cuando el barco salía a las 15:30! Tuvimos solo 5 minutos para cruzar corriendo a sacar el billete. Casi no lo cogemos y cuando montamos ya no había sitio para nosotros tuvimos que ir de pie todo el tra

Bus on time but departure 35 minutes late! waiting for some clients which delayed everything. There, we did not see a single alligator, turtle or any animal because the barges do not go far enough (according to what people who have seen dozens have told me). We returned to Miami at 3:15 p.m. when the boat left at 3:30 p.m.! We only had 5 minutes to run across to get the ticket. We almost didn't take it and when we got on there was no room for us and we had to stand the whole time.

Experiencia horrorosa. Contratamos recogida desde nuestro hotel que estaba incluido en el precio. Y así venía recogido en las condiciones expresamente. Avisan 2 días antes de que no era posible recogernos en nuestro hotel, y el punto más cercano estaba a 40 minutos en bus. A las pocas horas nos informan que cancelan la excursión. Un día antes, que hiciéramos caso omiso al correo y que si tenia lugar pero con todo el itinerario al revés y con distinto punto de recogida. Nefasta organización.

Horrible experience. We hired pick-up from our hotel which was included in the price. And so it was expressly stated in the conditions. They warned 2 days before that it was not possible to pick us up at our hotel, and the closest point was 40 minutes away by bus. A few hours later they informed us that they canceled the excursion. A day before, we ignored the email and it did take place but with the entire itinerary backwards and with a different pick-up point. Disastrous organization.

Contrate una excursión a Everglades y tour en barco y el autobús no apareció y no pudimos hacer ninguna actividad.La compañia no trabajaba ese dia y Civitatis ni se entero.Mala gestión y dificultades para el reembolso.Os recomiendo no contratar nada con Civitatis,ya que trabajan fatal.

I contracted an excursion to Everglades and a boat tour and the bus did not appear and we were unable to do any activity. The company did not work that day and Civitatis did not find out. Poor management and difficulties in reimbursing. I recommend you not contract anything with Civitatis, as they work fatal.
